Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the difference between ice cream and frozen dessert?
Frozen dessert contains less than 10% dairy milk fat which is what ice cream must contain in New Zealand in order to be labelled ice cream. Frozen dessert has a dairy milk base, it does not contain cream like ice cream does, using vegetable fat instead.
- How can I find more information about allergens and dietary requirements, such as gluten free and halal?
You can find nutritional information and ingredients on each of our product pages. We also have a filter so you can see which flavours are dairy, gelatine and gluten free.

We make our ice cream at our factory in Auckland, New Zealand.
